ART OF LETTING GO

Mental health meets mindfulness meditation and clinical physiology in this one-of-a-kind workshop.

With stress, anxiety and fear holding a grip on the throats of many walking around our modern world, we endeavour to provide practitioners and everyday people with simple tools.

These tools, or skills, can be applied in the moment to provide clarity and calm, and when practiced consistently can create long-term strength and stability of the mind.

With a flexible delivery model this experience can be:

  • Delivered in-person (Primarily based around South East QLD and the North Rivers of NSW, however we are willing to travel and deliver this service)

  • Online (Anywhere in the world)

  • In-full (A half day experience)

  • In-part (four 90min sessions)

  • One-on-one

  • Group (workplace, school, sporting club, local community)

There is a mix of theory and practical elements which allow you to not only understand the material but truely feel the effects.

Topics covered include, but are not limited to:

  • Alternative, or adjunct approaches to mental health management

  • Physical & Emotional pain

  • Fear, anxiety & stress.

  • Neuroscience

  • Psychophysiology

  • Application, implementation and integration strategies
